Good to know

Will these organizers fit my cabinets and drawers?

Every product page lists the measured dimensions in inches. Check the depth and height of your shelf or drawer before ordering; most of our bins and racks are sized for standard 12-inch kitchen cabinets and 4-inch-deep drawers.

What are the products made of?

Mostly stainless steel, food-safe silicone, bamboo and BPA-free plastic. The material is stated on each product page along with whether the item is dishwasher safe.

How do I clean and care for them?

Wipe plastic and steel with warm soapy water and dry them. Bamboo should be hand-washed and kept out of the dishwasher; silicone can go on the top rack.

Are the cleaning tools reusable?

Yes. Cloths, brushes and scrubbers in Cleaning & Care are designed for repeated use; rinse them well after each job and let them dry fully.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order to all 50 US states, with no minimum. We do not offer expedited or international shipping.

When will my order arrive?

We process orders within 0-1 business days and standard delivery takes 2-3 business days after that. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage or a wrong item, within 30 days of delivery. Damage in transit must be reported within 72 hours with photos. We pay the return shipping and refund the original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection. We cannot take change-of-mind returns.

Is paying on your site safe?

Checkout is SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant, and we never store your card details. Every item ships brand new in its original packaging.
